SEBC Exhibitor's - Virtual Tradeshow!

All 2007 Vendors will now have an opportunity to participate in the SEBC VIRTUAL TRADESHOW as part of your contract. This allows all attendees to go to sebcshow.com and view your company’s featured products, be linked to your website and request information from you whether it be general information, product categories, video, press releases etc. Attendees can also view your choice booth location on the floorplan prior to going to SEBC. You will have many options to place your company information on the Virtual Tradeshow, which can be utilized by attendees in preparing their time at the SEBC and finding the products and or services they are interested in.

SEBC will input the basic information and then once you receive your username and password, you will be able to manage your own listing and information.

VIRTUAL TRADESHOW INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Click on the VTS Link located on the SEBCshow.com home page in the Top right corner.

  2. Go to bottom of page (exhibitor sign-in) and click here to input your Username and password.

  3. Click on the "Exhibitors" tab at top of page. This will take you to the "Exhibit Guide List" page.

  4. Click on your company name in the list that appears

  5. You can review the information and make changes. Please remember that all fields in "red" are required. You may enter your website, product description and upload your company logo.

  6. You may select up to three categories. One category has already been selected, but you are free to change this.

  7. Once completed, click the "Save Exhibitor" button at bottom of page. This will send the information back to SEBC Management for review and approval. It will take up to 24 hours for the new information to be posted.

TO ADD A PRESS RELEASE:

  1. Click on the "Exhibitors" tab at the top of the page. This will take you to the Exhibit Guide Listing" page.

  2. Click on "Press Releases," just under the "Exhibitors" tab.

  3. Click on "New Press Releases"

  4. Enter the title of the press release, select a date and paste the press release into the "Description" field.

  5. Once completed, click the "Save Press Release" button at bottom of page.  This will send information back to SEBC Management for review and approval. It will take up to 24 hours for the new information to be posted.
