sebc-2014The largest building industry trade show in the South -- the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC)- has opened exhibit space sales for its 2014 show set for July 24-26 in the West Building, Halls A4 and B1, of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.


SEBC 2014 will attract more than 3,500 builders, contractors and remodelers from around the Southeast.


Uniquely, the SEBC is the ONLY building industry trade show presented in the Southeast United States in 2014, making it a lock to capture a large regional audience of qualified purchasers of building industry products and services.

The programs offered over a 3-day period will be: Houses that Work for New Construction and for Remodeled Homes as well as Selling High Performance Homes. The Houses that Work Program offer the following Professional Designation Credits: AIA 8 credits; FL Contractors CLIB 3 credits, AIBD 8 Credits; NAHB Designations 7 credits; RESNET 5 credits and BGCI/ LEED 8 credits.


Registration for the EEBA programs are as follows: $125 for one day program; $225 for two days and $300 for all 3 days.

What is the SEBC?

Celebrating its 35th Anniversary this year, the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) continues to he ther region's largest building industry trade show in the southeast. As the premier trade event its key features include outstanding educational programs including three days of keynote speakers, seminars, continued educational programs, networking opportunities, roundtable discussions, and industry briefings. The exhibition includes more than 80,000 square feet of building products and services from nearly 250 leading manufacturers and suppliers.

Contractors can obtain all 14 CEUs during any two days attendance at the SEBC. In addition, we offer general education programs for tracks in: Architecture/Design; Codes and Construction; Green Building and Sustainability; Business Management; Multi-Family Housing; Technology; Remodeling and Sales and Marketing.

What is the cost to attend?

SEBC offers a variety of registration options:

Expo Hall - Expo Hall is $10 pp and includes access to the Hall over 3 days and access to 2 General Education Track program (does not include access to Continuing Education Tracks)

One Day Pass - $69 pp and includes: Access to one day of educational programs (including up to 7 CEUs of continuing education, general track programs and unlimited access to Expo Hall. Thursday's Pass also includes the Welcome Reception on the Show Floor.

Two Day Pass - $109 pp and includes: Access to two day's of educational programs (including up to 14 CEUs of continuing education, general education tracks, Thursday's Welcome Reception on the Show Floor, plus unlimited access to Expo Hall.

Three Day Pass - $149 pp and includes: Access to all three day's of educational programs including all CEU classes, General Track Education, Welcome Reception, Sales Academy plus unlimited access to Expo Hall.
