Celebrating 35 years, the 2013 SEBC will take place July 11-13 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

SEBC is "everything you need to build your business today." We offer you the opportunity to reach over 3,500 builders, contractors and remodelors in the Southeast. And in 2013, SEBC will be the ONLY building industry trade show located in the Southeast United States.

We understand that our industry has undergone many changes over the last few years and during this downturn the SEBC has remained your partner. We are changing along with you. In 2013, SEBC will move to the South Hall for preparations on our expansion. New Hall...New Look. In addition, look for changes in our conference program and increases in dedicated show floor hours.

Florida Masonry Foundation Energy & Environmental Building Alliance At a time when exhibitors and attendees need to pick and choose where to showcase or what trade show to attend, we reached out to like-trade organizations to co-locate their trade shows to the Southeast Building Conference.

In doing so we are able to offer the homebuilding industry one trade show where attendees can see, learn and network with a larger variety of companies involved in all aspects of construction.

In 2013, we are excited to welcome back the Florida Masonry Foundation with their full line-up of educational programs, live showfloor demonstrations and 2 statewide Masonry Competitions - Fastest Trowel and the Apprentice Program. And, we welcome our new partnership with the Energy and Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA), as they bring our attendees 3 full days of programs including the Houses That Work and Selling High Performance Homes.

Meet the Expert Panels In Hurricane Alley

With over 30 educational programs offered over the course of 3 days that will include all 14 CEUs credits for General Contractors and Builders, seven educational tracks from Architectural Design to Remodeling, to Hurricane Preparedness and Mitigation, to Energy-Efficiency and Sustainable Practices and our Pre-Show (July 10) Intensive Education Program brought to SEBC by the Energy & Environmental Building Alliance (EEBA), the SEBC has a program that meets the needs for any disciple of the homebuilding industry.

Speaker presentations are now being accepted for 2013. Please submit your request to speak by email to ledwards@fhba.com. When submitting to speak please include a BIO, brief description of your program designating if a 45- minute or a 90-minute timeslot is required and your complete contact including address and website.
